Hi , I'm trying to find the blat version that supports output in NCBI blast tabular format. I got the latest version of blat from here http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/~kent/exe/linux/, but when I ran help on it it only supports out in psl ans pslx format. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
