Hi Please help out a total novice ... trying to replicate a graphic that a colleague sent me without much success due to total lack of knowledge. Am looking at Rat Nov 2004 Assembly chr 18:28,000,000 - 38,000,000 trying to get a graphic representation of h3k9acetylation and compare it to mean_methylation.
What Dr. Szyf sent me came out as a fairly clear comparison of the two regions - nearly mirror images of each other.. my feeble attempts have me looking at a collection of subsets.. numbers and letters, no graphic.. Could you please tell me how to configure the browser to get to graphs?
