Dear Genome Guides, I am looking at your reporter poly-a track and have a question. From your sample rows in the describe table schema option, there are a number of poly-a sites that ar reported as being in the sense (+) strand however the transcript is in the antisense(-) orientation? The first two examples have this inconsistency and the third is correct? Any help is greatly appreciated.
