Dear Sir,

I am a postdoctoral fellow in Computational and Integrative Biology (CCIB)
center, under MGH and Harvard University.

My mail concerns the Affymetrix tiling array data files for different cell
lines. This data is available from your ftp site at
ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/

The files that I refer to are named in format affyTxnPhase3*.txt.gz. (These are
tiling array data files for 8 call lines).

The data in these files are given in coarse-grained format, i.e. for every
(about) 1KB window of genome the sum and sum square of the signal is given,
along with range and minimum value of the signal within that window.

For the purpose of our analysis it would be helpful if we can obtain the entire
signal data, i.e. data at each location of the genome for all the cell lines. We
will be thankful if you can kindly direct us to the entire data source. Please
let me know if you need any clarification.

Thanks,

Sandip
