Hello, I have loaded a number of custom tracks and saved them as a session. However, when I load the session, all the custom tracks are returned to their default display parameters (e.g. all the hidden return to full mode). This same problem occurs when I switch genomic positions using the jump box or by clicking on the ideogram. I have loaded and maintained a number of sessions without ever seeing this problem, but since the last week the problem occurs every time I am using a saved session. In addition, the problem occurs on other computers I have used when displaying the same sessions. This problem makes the browser virtually unusable for viewing custom tracks. It would be excellent if you could direct me as to how to deal with this issue. If you need the session information, I am happy to provide it.
