Hello Alex,

This seems strange and we would like to investigate in more detail. Your
suggestion of sending the session info is a great one. Please send this
to me directly (not the genome list) and cc Robert Kuhn
<[email protected]>. Include samples of the tracks (maybe data for one
chrom) loaded and any settings if you want.

Also, if you could answer a few questions in your reply (just to clarify
some points):
1) This is not the only Session with problems. However, this Session was
created in the last week.
2) Your older Sessions (unchanged in the last week or so) are also now
displaying this problem and they used to work OK.
3) Please include your OS and Browser name/version. There are some known
problems with Safari 4.0 (all platforms) and I would like to eliminate
that as an issue.

Include anything else you think may be relevant in the private email. It
will /not/ be posted back to the list.

Thanks!
Jennifer Jackson
