hello: I've download the refLink file of chimp from UCSC.
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/panTro2/database/refLink.txt.gz I found lots of mRNA and protein listed in this file are actually belong to human. It turn out that some genes are both found in human refLink file and chimp refLink file. Is this normal??
