Dear Cristina,

Our EST track is generated using data from GenBank. We don't get individual EST
submissions. To find out more about how we generated the Spliced ESTs track
please read the description page:

Subject: [Genome] QUESTION REGARDING EST

Hi I am looking for a gene that has a alternative splicing,in your database
there is the list of the splice variant between my exon 9 and 10.
If I want to do a statistic of how common those EST been submitted to the
database how can I do?

For example the EST: BF868682 is more frequent than the EST: BG928805.
Any help/suggestion is appreciated
