Hi xuyuyang,

Please see the track description pages for information on how these 
scores were calculated (and, in some cases, for references containing 
more detailed information). To get to a track's description page, under 
the main browser image, you can click on the title of the track you are 
interested in or, if your track is currently being displayed in the 
browser, you can click the gray/blue button on the left side of the 
image in line with your tracks.

and the 7x Regulatory Potential track of hg18:
