Dear Hiram,
We have a UCSC genome browser mirror site with 5.1.54 MySQL Community Server
(GPL)).
Today I upgraded this genome browser from version 218 to 247.
I encounter the following problems:
(1) I see this browser version still is v218 instead of new version v247
(see attachment - red cycle)
(2) Very slow when open any library, like hg18, mm9 etc
I see the state 'Sending data' or 'checking permissions' by MySQL
'processlist'
(3) After uploading our data, to compile to get below error message:
$ cd /home/wangp/jksrc/kent/src/hg/makeDb/trackDb
$ make alpha DBS=hg18
find . -type l -exec rm {} \;
git pull
make: git: Command not found
make: *** [alpha] Error 127
Please give me some advice
