Dear Luvina, Thanks a lot for your prompt reply and for its clarity and accuracy. I take this chance to thank you and your team for all the great and continuous work you do on the UCSC Genome Browser. We refer to it in all our publications where we use it, a large percentage of them.

From the UCSC Genome Bioinformatics homepage, click on "Utilities" on the left-side navigation menu. On the following page, click on "Batch Coordinate Conversion (liftOver)". After selecting the assemblies of your choice, paste in your coordinates (or upload a file containing the coordinates) and click "Submit". Please note, this tool supports 2 data formats: BED and Position. More information on the BED format can be found here: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/customTrack.html#BED. Once you have submitted your data, scroll down to "Results" and click on "View Conversions". Please contact us again at [email protected] if you have any further questions.
