* baseColorDrawSetup: BC150854: mRNA size (3106) != psl qSize (3105) Hi, I get the error message pasted above whenever I try to access the mouse gene Pphln1. It doesn't seem to matter whether I just search for the gene name or try to BLAT some sequence that belongs to the locus. Please could you either fix this, or tell me what I need to do to view this gene? Thanks Ruth Bennett
