Hi Jen, I'm sorry but we do not yet have a release date for the newest S. cerevisiae assembly. We have many assemblies currently in our pipeline and this one is a relatively low priority.
It will be available at some point on http://genome-preview.cse.ucsc.edu/. Please note that data on the preview server has not undergone formal quality assurance and may change before its final public release.
