thank you so much for your answer, it helped a lot. Some minor  
questions popped up:

- Since I'm very much interested in the location of the centromere of  
each chromosome in the stickleback, I used in the group "Mapping and  
Sequencing tracks" the track "Gap". However, I don't really know what  
these graphs show me and where the centromeres should be...
Generally, where do I find more infos on the different tracks (what  
they show, what they can be used for etc.?

- Is there also a way to detect any inversions in the genome and  
visualize these with GenomeGraphs?

- Is there a way to visualize recombination rate along the chromosomes?

- What do the two values mean when I plot a graph (right side of graphs)?

- What exactly is the difference betwen hte two conversion types?
