Hi Brooke, thank you so much for your answer, it helped a lot. Some minor questions popped up:
- Since I'm very much interested in the location of the centromere of each chromosome in the stickleback, I used in the group "Mapping and Sequencing tracks" the track "Gap". However, I don't really know what these graphs show me and where the centromeres should be... Generally, where do I find more infos on the different tracks (what they show, what they can be used for etc.? - Is there also a way to detect any inversions in the genome and visualize these with GenomeGraphs? - Is there a way to visualize recombination rate along the chromosomes? - What do the two values mean when I plot a graph (right side of graphs)? - What exactly is the difference betwen hte two conversion types? Thank you alot for your help, Marius ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message was sent using IMP, the Internet Messaging Program. _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
