Hi Bob,

One of your developers says that some browsers allow you to turn tooltips off 
entirely (for all websites). For example, here are instructions for Safari and 
Firefox:

Thanks for the quick reply.

No, no, the tooltips are not interfering with other browser functionality,
just with my specialized usage:  I want to run an experiment by loading up
some selected tracks and have test users re-order them using visual criteria
without knowing the details of the tracks (which would allow them to cheat).
