Basically, I just want to know how complete the current reference genome is,
relative to total genomic content, in terms of what you've fully,
confidently assembled.  A few years ago I believe it was around 93% or 94%-
but now it looks like 98% or 99%.  Does anyone have a ballpark estimate?
