I want to make a custom track with each tick (here, each SNP) is colored differently depending on its allele frequency. My track-file generating script would specify the color based on the allele frequency, but this wold be different for each tick.
I can't find in the Custom Track Help page, how to do this, but since many have done it I assume it's very simple. Can anyone send a format or example or guide me to a page with instructions?
