Hello, I was wondering if there's a way to obtain the exact accession and versions for all hg18 chromosome FASTA sequences that are present in goldenPath (e.g. NC_000001.<version> for chr1, <Accession.version> for chr10_random, etc.) as of the last update (Dec 2005).
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/chromosomes/ >From the NCBI release notes ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/guide/human/release_notes.html#b36) I was able to find the accessions only for chr[1-22XYM] but wanted to make sure that the versions reflect what is on goldenPath. I couldn't find anything for the "randoms".
