Good Morning:

All this information can be found in two AGP files we deliver
with the release in:

ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/bigZips/

in the files: chromAgp.zip and contigAgp.zip

This same information is also available in the gold tables in the database.
The *_random sequences do not have NC accession numbers.
