Dear the developers,
I found bigWigMerge included in the source tree is very useful, but
found different outputs depending on the order of files, which is not
expected from its description ("bigWigMerge - Merge together multiple
bigWigs into a single output bedGraph").
$ bigWigToBedGraph t1.bw /dev/stdout
chr1 10000 10001 1
chr2 20000 20001 1
$ bigWigToBedGraph t2.bw /dev/stdout
chr1 1000 20001 1
$ bigWigMerge t1.bw t2.bw /dev/stdout
chr1 1000 10000 1
chr1 10000 10001 2
chr1 10001 20001 1
chr2 20000 20001 1
# this is the expected result
$ bigWigMerge t2.bw t1.bw /dev/stdout
chr1 10000 10001 2
chr1 10001 20001 1
# two lines disappeared
best wishes,
Kawaji H.
