Hello, I need to import genomide output of RepeatMasker on human hg18. I found many possible files to import in my db: - in http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/bigZips/ I found chromOut.zip and chromOut.RM3.2.7.zip - in http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/ I found many files divided by chromosome (chr1_random_rmsk.sql, chr1_random_rmsk.txt.gz, chr1_random_rmskRM327.sql, chr1_random_rmskRM327.txt.gz, chr1_rmsk.sql, chr1_rmsk.txt.gz, chr1_rmskRM327.sql, chr1_rmskRM327.txt.gz)
