Hi Emanuele,

The files you see labeled "3.2.7" or "327" are the result of a more 
recent RepeatMasker version run on the same genome build (hg18).  You 
can get a description of each track by going to the main Genome Browser 
page (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks) on the hg18 assembly and 
clicking on the blue track name for each track.  The tracks are in the 
"Variation and Repeats" group, the track names are "RepeatMasker" and 
"RepMask 3.2.7".
