Hello, I found several RefSeq transcript identifiers that exist in the "refGene.txt.gz" file, but do not exist in the "refGene" table (using the genome table browser).
The "refGene.txt.gz" was download today (file date is 11-Sep-2011, size 4,184,410 md5sum fdcbb8106fc44db3aa2364d3345fa668) - so it's the most recent version that I can find). The following transcripts appear in the refGene.txt.gz file, but are not found in the refGene table browser: NM_001001716 NM_001002840 NM_001013739 (There are several more, not listed). Is there a way to reconcile this ? get the latest version as a file ?
