hello,
I have human RNA editing database and I want to check which human editing
sites exists in mouse.
In order to do that I need to convert a genomic coordinate from human to
mouse, is there any tool that may help me to do that?
After finding the DNA coordinate I need to find this coordinate in mRNA. is
there any tips here?
And maybe the most importanat question- Is the best way to do that is by
downloading the database from your site or is there any inteface that I can
use which may make it easier.
thanks,
YIshay
