Hi Jaykar,

1. Go to the ENCODE cell types page and find the cell line you're 
interested in (male/female is noted in the table):
     http://genome.ucsc.edu/ENCODE/cellTypes.html

2. Then do a file search (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgFileSearch) 
for that cell line using:

Data format: Alignment binary (bam)
Cell, tissue, DNA sample: and select the Cell line(s) you found in step 1.
Experiment (Assay) type: RnaSeq

That will give you a list of the available files we have.
