Hi, I am trying to download UCSC gene annotation database for dog genome from the link http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/canFam2/database/. But, i could not find the file knownGene.txt.gz, Does UCSC have the genes track for dog genome? If so, where could i download knwnGene.txt.gz for dog ?
