In the most recent release of refFlat.txt has 5 transcripts (in the attached file) which have no exon ends in the refFlat.txt file for mm8/NCBI 35. The last two columns of the file should have starts and ends for each exon as per the database definition table. Please review this issue and let us know when it has been resolved.
