Hi Laura, Updating the SNPs track on organisms other than human is something that we would definitely like to do. However, our resources are limited and we have not been able to get to it. It is important to know that it would be useful to the mouse community, so thank you for writing us. We will keep the demand for this track in mind when prioritizing tasks.

These data are critical to the mouse community as over 129 million high confidence SNPs were identified across this panel of strains. Are there plans to update the dbSNP track to the newest build for mouse? > > > Thank you, > > Laura > > Laura Reinholdt, PhD > Research Scientist > Genetic Resource Sciences > The Jackson Laboratory > 600 Main Street > Bar Harbor, ME 04609-1500 > (207) 288-6000, ext. 6693 > > > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
