Dear UCSC, I am doing pseudogene project now. I want to retrieve mRNA inforamtion (such as Organism, Tissue, Development stage, Cell line, Sex, Library, Clone) from your human database. Now I have downloaded all your information files into my local position. But it is hard for me to link mRNA entries with their detailed information. Because for example, in organism file, it has 3 coloums (id/name/crc). But I don't know which id links to which mRNA. So could you tell me is there any index file to indicate the relation between ids and symbols? Thank you for your help.
