Hello, Cui.

It sounds like the Table Browser might be useful in helping you obtain the
information you are looking for.

In the Table Browser, first you want to select your primary table by setting
the "group," "track" and "table" fields. You can always click the "describe
table schema" button if you're not sure what information the tables contain.
Next, you can specify the entire genome or a specific position with the
"region" field or you can specify only certain identifiers by pasting or
uploading a list in the "identifiers" field.

In order to link data from your primary table to the data in other tables,
you can change the "output format" field to "selected fields from primary
and related tables." Then click the "get output" button which will bring
you to a new screen that will allow you to check related tables and fields
you would like included in your results. Note that if you're not interested
in all the data contained in your primary table, you can merely uncheck the
fields you are not interested in. You can use the table browser to explore
the tables to determine which tables contain the specific data you are
looking for.

I hope this helps!
