Dear Vanessa:
I tried it again and this time it does not work. I feel that this
problem is intermittent. Sometimes, it works. Sometimes, it doesn't. I thought
it is because my file is too big. But even tried smaller .bam file, it still
gives the same problem.

Thank you for your information. I tried several times and it still gives
me the same error message:
Error Can't access L.bam's bigDataUrl ftp://helix.nih.gov/pub/huangj3/L.bam
and/or the associated index file ftp://helix.nih.gov/pub/huangj3/L.bam.bai: ftp
server error on cmd=[] response=[421 Service not available. ] ftp server error
on cmd=[USER anonymous ] response=[]
I can access the ftp site, it is working. No sure what is problem?
