Hi, I am using liftOver results as part of my master thesis by comparing human genome and other primates genome. And I noticed that on the liftOver only supports for gg1 genome. Would you please generate the overchain files for the Gorilla_gorilla.gorGor3 (Release 63 Jun2011)? I need both overchain files for gg3tohg19 and hg19togg3. Or if there's an issue, could you please send me a protocol and the scripts as well so I can make the overchain files myself?
