The tree that was used in the Saccharomyces 7-way multiple alignment is:

(which can be found by going to the details page for the Conservation 
track, http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=sacCer3&g=multiz7way, 
and clicking on the link for "Multiz alignments (MAF format), and 
phylogenetic trees").

The tree that was used does not include branch lengths.
