Hello, Rebecca.

We do have several genomes on our test site that are not included on our
public site. Most of these will unfortunately never make it to the public
site as our grant specifies that we focus our efforts on vertebrate genomes.

You may also check the Ensembl site at www.ensembl.org.

Please contact us again at [email protected] if you have any further
questions.

Subject: [Genome] Nematostella genome on UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Site?

Hello--

I am aware that a version of the *Nematostella vectensis* genome is
available on the UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Site
(here<http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?clade=other&org=Starl
et+sea+anemone&db=nemVec1>),
though not publicly. Is there a reason this genome is not publicly
available? Will a publicly available version of the *Nematostella vectensis
*genome* *be available in the near future?

Thank you for your time!
