Hello Rebecca, Nematostella is available on the Ensembl Genomes site, not the Ensembl site:
http://metazoa.ensembl.org/Nematostella_vectensis/Info/Index Ensembl focuses on vertebrate genomes, while Ensembl Genomes focuses on the genomes of invertebrates, plants, protists, fungi and bacteria.
