You can use the table browser to dump your data.

If you use bigBed types of tracks you always have your data and are
not dependent upon the genome browser to dump your data back to you.

Please note, not all data types will return to you in their original
format.  For example, GTF/GFF files become BED format when we load and
store them here.

is it possible to retrieve them back ? any way to download them from the
