Hello, Roger.

Each custom track type has a track name variable. If you are loading custom
tracks, even if they contain different data or are even different track
types, they must have a distinct track name. If you are loading two tracks
with the same track name, when you attempt to load the second one, it will
simply replace the first one. It sounds like this is what's happening here.

Subject: [Genome] custom tracks

hi

i would like to view two custom tracks of the same type of data; however,
after i load the second (.wig) file, the custom track tool replaces the
previous (.wig) file. the two types of data are ChIPseq peak files performed
at two different time points. is there a trick you could recommend?

thanks, roger
