Hello I have used the liftover tool before and it worked fine. I have a file (bed file) with only first three columns and I want change the coordinates from mm8 to mm9. I got conversions failed on all the records. What wopuld be the reason for this. Do I have to provide all 12 columns information. If I do not have the information about the other columns, Can I still convert?
