Hi Team UCSC, Here is a very embarrassing noob question for you all… I downloaded the liftOver application from http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/macOSX.i386/ However, when I navigate to the appropriate directory in the shell…type liftOver at the prompt…nothing happens.
Also here is uname –a output 11.3.0 Darwin Kernel Version 11.3.0: Thu Jan 12 18:47:41 PST 2012; root:xnu-1699.24.23~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64 Does the app need to be compiled?
