Dear Madam/Sir, I’m using quite often your “tables” tab on the web site and I find very useful. Usually, I find all the graphic data pretty easily in the right table. Alas, I’ve encountered a problem locating the following data: I’m looking at the horse genome and into the xenorefseq data. When I find for example a putative human gene (which comes from xenorefseq) I click it and I can see the Identity % between the query and the actual sequence in the horse assembly.
(for example see the next link: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgc?hgsid=259795737&o=1480702&t=1851019&g=xenoRefGene&i=NM_001206996 I can find all the data shown in some of the tables through the “tables”tab, except for the Identity %. Could you please direct me to the right location of this data in the tables? Thank you and best regards, Ori. _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
