Hello Ori,

The percent identity is actually calculated at run-time (not stored in a 
table) using the PSL record stored in the xenoRefSeqAli table. The 
process for doing this is described in this FAQ:

If you want to try this yourself you might also need the information 
here about downloading and running blat:
