Hi Jianwei,

The naked mole rat assembly is currently under review by our Quality
Assurance team. We are unable to give a time estimate as to when this
assembly will be available on our public site. In the meantime, you are
welcome to use our preview server:
http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?org=Naked+mole-rat&db=hetGla1.

BLAT is a useful tool for finding homologous sequences. If you are
unfamiliar with BLAT, please refer to this help page:
http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#BLATAlign.

To retrieve sequences for Pole and Pold1, type the gene name in the
position or search term box from the Genome Browser Gateway and click
submit. Click on the gene name within the browser display and you will
be directed to the details page for that gene. Click on the link labeled
"Sequences and Links".

We ask our users to exercise caution when using our preview site as it
contains a lot of untested and experimental tracks, and may undergo
changes.

I hope this helps. Please contact us again at [email protected] if you
have any further questions.
