BLAT is a useful tool for finding homologous sequences. If you are unfamiliar with BLAT, please refer to this help page: http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#BLATAlign. To retrieve sequences for Pole and Pold1, type the gene name in the position or search term box from the Genome Browser Gateway and click submit. Click on the gene name within the browser display and you will be directed to the details page for that gene. Click on the link labeled "Sequences and Links".
