Hi,

I found the following mm9 knownGene which has incorrectly number of
exons. Exon number 3 and 4 actually should belong to the same exon.

This is a trivial bug which should have been caught in the first
place. And I'm a little surprised that it is not been caught/fixed
before. I suspect that all knownGene tables (not just mm9) should have
this problem if they are generated using the same code base.

Is there anybody going to fix this bug for all the knownGene tables?
