Hello, I'm looking for annotations on the sea anemone genome.
I found fasta sequence files and the usual stuff here: http://hgdownload-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/nemVec1/bigZips/ But I don't see the genome represented in the Table Browser or the Genome Browser on the Genome Bioinformatics site. Does UCSC not support this genome? Also, are the data on download site (see above link) up-to-date?
