Hello Ann Loraine, That browser is on our test site (http://genome-preview.cse.ucsc.edu) where data and tools here are under construction, have not been quality reviewed, and are subject to change at any time. At this time we have no plans to release this browser to the public site (http://genome.ucscs.edu).
As for the data on the download site, I am forwarding your email to the person at UCSC who built the browser and he will get in touch with you directly.
