Hi Niedzica, We display the official human assembly from the Genome Reference Consortium, which does not include any annotated telomeres on chr17. You might be able to find more information about that on their site: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/genome/assembly/grc/human/data/index.shtml
