Dear Sir/Madam, I was trying to find genome alignment of C. elegans vs C. briggsae. The C.briggsae seq used by UCSC was cb4 (i.e. WS225) , however the latest version is WS230. And since I did all my analysis with WS230, I am wondering if UCSC is going to release an updated alignment between C.elegans and C.briggsae using WS230 genome seq. And if not, could I ask for your suggestions on how to convert the current alignment data into the WS230 coordinates....
