Hello Zhen,

We do not have any plans to release an updated alignment, as our funding
mandates that we focus on mammals and selected model organisms. We also
do not have the latest version of C. briggsae, so we do not have that
assembly available for conversion via our liftOver tool.

However, it appears that WormBase has a conversion tool available:
http://wiki.wormbase.org/index.php/Converting_Coordinates_between_releases

I hope this is helpful. If you have further questions about UCSC's data
and/or tools, please contact us again at [email protected].
