Hi Harish,

I would like to add to Hiram's answer. There is no need to upload
bigBed files to our servers. Instead you need to host them on your own
web server, and then point to the location of the file with the
"bigDataUrl=" setting in the track line. So, rather than hitting the
"Choose File" button where it says "Paste URLs or data:" on the custom
track page, you will put a line that looks something like this into the
text box:

track type=bigBed name="My Big Bed" description="A Graph of Data from My
Lab" bigDataUrl=http://myorg.edu/mylab/myBigBed.bb

Once you submit that line, the Genome Browser will be able to read and
display the data from your file for whatever position you happen to be
viewing in the browser.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions, please contact us
again at [email protected].
