You are very observant. The rn5 assembly went live a few hours ago.
We do not have a schedule of when new tracks will be released. Our
process is to build new content on genome-preview.ucsc.edu first,
then test and release. So a good way to see what is in the pipeline
is to check there. Be aware that the data there are under development
and have not been through testing, so may change before release.
Please send me a list privately of which tracks you consider most
important and we can take that into consideration. Some tracks could
be lifted from rn4 and others may be best regenerated by the original
data providers, which can awhile.
